Patients are responsible for obtaining the necessary referrals from their primary care physicians prior to coming to our office.
We accept most managed health care plans. Please check with our receptionist to make sure that your insurance is accepted. All copayments, deductibles, and payments for cosmetic procedures not covered by insurance are due at the time of service.
